That is why, as part of our commitment to meeting your expectations, we have put in place a policy to protect your personal data, in accordance with the regulations in force in Morocco.

This charter sets out our commitments to you and describes how HRM uses personal data concerning you.

Through this form, HRM collects your personal data in order to handle all your requests (information, bookings…).

This processing has been declared to / submitted for authorisation by the CNDP under number: D-M-208/2021.

The personal data collected may be passed on to the hotels we manage, to the owner of the hotels, to our online service providers and to our subcontractors, in accordance with the transfer request filed with the CNDP.

You may write to confidentialite@hrm.ma to exercise your rights of access, rectification and objection under law 09-08.
