The circuit
Eight stations, from the heated pool to the pool on the ocean — as the Institute describes them.

01 · Heated seawater pool
Indoors, heated all year.
The Institute’s indoor pool is filled with seawater and heated in every season. It is also where the aquagym classes are held.

02 · Affusion shower
A rain of seawater, lying down.
On a table beneath a bar of seawater jets: through micro-massage and mineral salts, the affusion shower helps clear toxins and stimulates the muscles.

03 · Grande douche & jets
A broad, powerful jet.
The grande douche hydro-massages the whole body with a broad, powerful jet of seawater; the underwater jet works in the bath.

04 · Balneotherapy bath
A bubbling seawater bath.
The balneotherapy tubs give a massaging, energising effect on the whole body.

05 · Marine mud & wraps
Seaweed, mud, sea salt.
Marine-mud and micro-burst seaweed wraps, and sea-salt scrubs, are taken in the cabins — thirteen in all.

06 · Hammam
Beneath the vault.
The vaulted hammam, zellige and copper basins: plain, with a scrub, or as the royal ritual.

07 · Sauna
Dry heat.
The Institute’s wooden sauna, on its own or after the hammam.

08 · Outdoor pool facing the ocean
Outside, the Atlantic opposite.
The Institute’s second seawater pool, in the open air, at the ocean’s edge.
Aquagym, physio, fitness
Aquagym classes in the heated seawater pool, including medical aquagym led by a physiotherapist. Rehabilitation in seawater, manual or post-natal. A cardio-training room.
